  • 16 oz (about 4 cups) mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 oz white chocolate chips (or almond bark for a smoother texture)
  • 1 cup dried fruit , finely chopped (e.g., dried cranberries, apricots, mango, or pineapple)
  • Optional Add-Ins :
    • 1/2 cup sprinkles
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or pistachios)
    • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms or candy-coated chocolates

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Pan

  1. Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper if needed.

Step 2: Melt the Butter & Marshmallows

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
