Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) before using it. Get a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a big bowl: ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until everything is well mixed together.
Make small meat balls by taking a bit of the meat mix, flattening it, adding some cheddar cheese in the middle, and shaping the meat around the cheese. Put on the baking sheet that is ready. Do the same with the rest of the meat and cheese.
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Spread this mixture on top of each piece of meatloaf.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the meatloaf bites are fully cooked and the tops are browned.
Serve: Add more chopped parsley on top before serving.
Have fun!
