Delightful Lemon Dessert


Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of the baking dish you've prepared.
Brown the top of the dish by baking it for 15 to 18 minutes. Once cooled, set it aside.
The Layer of Cream Cheese
Blend the sugar and softened cream cheese in a mixing basin.
Combine the whipped topping, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Distribute the filling over the crust that has cooled.
Allow to chill for a minimum of half an hour in the fridge.
Cake Layer
The quick lemon pudding mix and chilled milk should be whisked together in a big basin until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Add the pudding on top of the cream cheese.
Put the pudding in the fridge for 15 minutes, or until it sets.
Last Coat
Once the pudding layer has set, dollop the remaining whipped topping over top.
You may top it off with more chopped nuts, lemon zest, or slices of lemon if you choose.
Allow to chill for a minimum of 1 hour before to consumption.
Storage and Serving
Cool the Lemon Lush and cut it into squares to serve.
Make sure to cover any leftovers before storing them in the refrigerator so they stay fresh.
