- 1 cup cottage cheese (low-sodium, well-drained )
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped )
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor )
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for creaminess )
- 2 green onions (chopped, or 1 tbsp fresh chives )
- 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh )
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prep the Spinach:
- Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach by gently rolling it in a clean kitchen towel.
2. Mix the Filling:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and heavy cream (if using) until smooth.
