- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (120g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a healthier option)
- ½ cup (120ml) milk (any kind)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8x8 inches or similar) with olive oil or butter.
Step 2: Prepare the Spinach
- If using fresh spinach, lightly sauté it in a non-stick pan with a splash of water for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.
- For frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
