  • 2 cups (200g) fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (120g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a healthier option)
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk (any kind)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8x8 inches or similar) with olive oil or butter.

Step 2: Prepare the Spinach
