1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Put oil in a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.
In a big frying pan, cook the sausage on medium-high heat, breaking it into pieces with a spatula, until it is browned and fully cooked.
In a bowl, mix the gravy powder with 1 cup of water until it's smooth.
Put the sauce in the pan and mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Take it off the stove and mix in the grated cheese until it melts and blends in.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper using a whisk.
Put the sausage gravy mixture in the baking dish.
Pour the beaten eggs over the dish, then add the biscuits on top.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are cooked.
