Why your clean laundry may not smell as good as it should

 

I'll be first to admit that I know next to nothing about our washing machine also dryer. I know how to use them, but I never perform routine checks, maintenance or repairs on them. However, there's one little check you need to make sure is part of your clothes washing routine - and that's  drain plug check.

Pj Carmack took to Facebook to share a tip she recently learned about washing machines. Each washing machine is equipped with a drain plug with a filter that must be removed and cleaned periodically. You should check your owner's manual to find out where your machine's drain plug is and how to remove it safely.
