* Ingredients :
°1 box pistachio pudding
°20 oz can pineapple
°2 c mini marshmallows
°1/2 c chop pecans
°1 container cool-whip
Begin by mixing together the dry pudding mix, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows and chopped pecans. Then stir in thawed Cool Whip to well mixed. Refrigerate to ready to serving
You can serving it as dessert component but I placing it on table with main courses. It's always a success.
You can serve it in a large bowl or if you're using it for dessert, individual servings in clear glass mugs or clear cappuccino cups decorated with a marachino cherry make a lovely presentation.
