List of ingredients:





Cut 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes into slices that are 1/4 inch thick.



2 tablespoons of olive oil



1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, finely cut.





Grated peel of 1 lemon



1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese



Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
