Potato slices with lemon and Parmesan cheese.


Heat the oven before using.




Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) before using it.




Potato Seasoning:




In a big bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, rosemary, lemon peel, salt, and pepper until they are all covered evenly.






Cook in the oven.




Place the potato slices on a baking tray in a single layer. Put Parmesan cheese on top of each circle.




Grilled food:




Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crunchy.




Wait on tables.




Serve the dish hot and add more rosemary on top if you like.
