Cake Ingredients:


Heat the oven before using.


Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it. Put oil on a baking pan that measures 9 by 13 inches or cover it with parchment paper.


Stir the cake mix.


In a big bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, oil, milk, crushed pineapple (with its juice), and sugar. Mix until everything is well mixed and smooth.




Make the Cake:




Put the cake mix into the pan you have prepared, making sure it covers the pan evenly. Put in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.


Chill the Cake:


Take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool entirely in the pan on a cooling rack.


For the icing:


Make the frosting.


In another bowl, mix the soft cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.


Put sugar in.


Slowly mix the powdered sugar into the cream cheese mixture while beating until everything is well mixed and fluffy. If you want to, add the vanilla extract and mix it in.


Put icing on the cake.


After the cake has cooled down, evenly spread the frosting on top. Add chopped pecans on top, if desired.


Serve and enjoy:


Cut the cake into square pieces and serve. Keep any extra food in the fridge.
