*Strawberry Cheesecake*


°1 pack (8 ounces) cream cheese, soft
°1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
°1/2 cup cold milk
°1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding blend
°1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped to
°1-1/2 c crush butter-flavored cracker (about 38 crackers)
°1/4 c butter
°2 cans (21 ounces each) strawberry pie filling


In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat sour cream; mix well.
In bowl, beat milk also pudding blend on low speed for 2 mn. Stirring to cream cheese mix. Stir in whip topping.
In  bowl, blending crackers also butter.
In a 2-1/2-qt. trifle bowl, layer half cream cheese mixture, breadcrumbs and pie filling. Repeat layers. Refrigerate until serving.
