Biscuit Breakfast Bake

Great about brunch, large families, & Sunday brunch!


°10 eggs
°1/2 cup milk
°16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used a Pillsbury Flaky type)
°4 green onions 
°2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
If you like meat - cooked bacon in the middle or cooked sausage

* Directions :

11 x 17 pan, sprayed with cooking spray (note: I think a 9 x 13 works best, but you may need to bake a little longer)
Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cutting each cookie (it's all about scissors in the kitchen) into fours and add them to the bowl.I like to do this before cooking  bacon or chopping  green onions, giving the crackers  time to soak in the eggs.Chop the green onions, grate the cheese and cook and chop the bacon (or sausage). Add everything to the bowl.
Mixing it up also pour it to skillet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes..closer to 30
