°1 stock cube
°salt
°pepper
°2 teaspoons thyme
°4 tablespoons olive oil
°1 liter of water
°4 chicken thighs (top + bottom)
°6 onions
°2 bay leaves
*Preparation
Step 1
Boil the water, then immerse the cube to make a broth.
The second step
Peel the onion and let it fry over low heat in olive oil until soft, then set it aside.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, then separate the thighs from the thighs (for easier cooking).
Step 4
Fry the chicken in the oil used to cook the onions, first over high heat and then over low heat.
Step 5
Add a little broth to melt the pan while it's cooking.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, add thyme and bay leaf.
Step 7
When the chicken is almost cooked, add the onion and some broth (to taste), and simmer for 15 minutes.
