  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion , finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (or jasmine/basmati rice)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped (optional, for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Season the Chicken
