Parmesan Baked Potatoes 🥔🧀✨

Ingredients
- 6 medium-sized potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold work well)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Using a knife, score the cut side of each potato in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
