Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional, for extra moisture)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Slider buns, tortillas, or rice, for serving

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken. Add the cream cheese in chunks on top.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken
