Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
