Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional, for depth of flavor)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and sautรฉ for 3–5 minutes, until softened.
