1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt, and add more if needed.
4 cups of peas that were frozen but are now defrosted.
8 pieces of bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces.
Half of a medium-sized red onion, chopped.
1 and a half cups of cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes.
Getting ready
In a big bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and salt until well blended.
Put peas, bacon, onion, and cheese in a bowl and mix them gently with the dressing.
Wait until you are ready to eat, but for at least 1 hour. Add extra crunchy bacon on top before serving, if you like.
