These Target stores will be shutting down. Here is the complete list.

 

Target is dealing with increasing theft and organized retail crime. They will close nine stores in four states.





Even though they increased the number of security staff, hired outside guards, and used tools to prevent theft, the problems with crime continued. Here are the markets that were impacted, along with the number of stores and employment information that is still available:



New York City:

Harlem: 517 East 117th Street. There are 96 more stores and over 20,000 team members.

Seattle:

University Way: 4535 University Way NE Simplified: University Way: 4535 University Way NE

Ballard: 1448 NW Market St., Suite 100 (There are 22 stores left, with almost 4,000 team members.)

San Francisco and Oakland:

SF Folsom is located at 1690 Folsom Street.

Oakland Broadway: 2650 Broadway Street
