List of items needed to prepare a dish.



2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

2 carrots, cut into thin pieces.

2 pieces of celery, cut into small pieces.

1 pepper, chopped (any color)

1 zucchini, cut into small pieces.

1 cup of chopped green beans, can be fresh or frozen.

1 can of diced tomatoes (14 oz) with their juice.

4 cups of vegetable broth or water

1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning (or any herbs you prefer)

1 leaf from the bay tree

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

2 cups of fresh spinach or kale (if desired)

You can add fresh parsley or basil on top as decoration if you want.
