🍄 Savory Mushroom Soup Recipe 🍲

One pound (450 grams) of sliced mushrooms (button, cremini, or a combination of the two)
One big onion, minced
minced garlic (three cloves)
Boil 4 cups of vegetables (or 4 cups of chicken broth)
1 cup of heavy cream (or 1/2 cup of light cream)
olive oil or 2 tablespoons of butter
For thickening, use 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon of thyme, either dried or fresh
One teaspoon of smoked paprika, if desired for a more complex flavor.
For seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
