Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) before using it.
Remove any extra fat and thin membrane from the pork tenderloin.
In a little bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mix of spices all over the pork tenderloin.
Put the bacon slices around the tenderloin and use toothpicks to hold the ends together if needed.
Warm olive oil in a pan that can be used in the oven on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, put the pork tenderloin in and cook on all sides until the bacon is crispy, which should take around 5-7 minutes.
Put the pan in the oven that has been preheated and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork inside reaches a temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Take it out of the oven and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
