In a big bowl, mix together the beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form the ground beef mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Warm up a cast iron pan or skillet with oil on medium-high heat.
Cook the meatballs until they are brown all over. Put the meatballs on a plate and take the pan off the stove.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Put the fluffy bread rolls on a baking tray. Use a knife to cut off the top of the rolls and push the inside down to make a boat shape.
Combine the melted butter with 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of parsley.
Spread the rolls with the garlic butter. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Put two pieces of mozzarella cheese inside the bread rolls. Put a spoonful of tomato sauce on top of the cheese.
Put three meatballs in the dish and add extra marinara sauce on top.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
