2 pounds of beef chuck roast
1 cup of beef broth
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
Half a cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 small spoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker that has been greased generously.
Mix beef broth, garlic, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. After mixing, pour the fragrant liquid over the beef.
Close the lid of your slow cooker and let it work its magic over time. Choose the high setting and cook for 4 hours, or select a low setting for a longer cooking time of 6-8 hours.
Once the meat has absorbed all the flavors and become juicy, remove it from the pot and shred it using two forks. Put it back in the tasty liquid in the slow cooker, making sure every piece is full of flavor.
