List of ingredients:



220 grams of lentils (red or green lentils are recommended).

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

1 teaspoon of powdered coriander

1 small spoon of baking powder

1 small spoon of turmeric

Add salt according to your preference.

2 tablespoons of psyllium seeds or psyllium husk.

350 milliliters of water

30 milliliters of olive oil

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
