5 Tips for Keeping Your Clothes Clean and Smelling Fresh

Essential oils are strong-smelling and can make nearby fabrics smell nice. Out of all the different smells out there, you will definitely find one that is right for you.

Here are some tips for enjoying the smell of essential oils:

Put a cloth with essential oil drops in your washing machine drum.

Mix these drops with some vinegar in the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine.

3 - Bath salts

Put a little bit of orange or lavender bath salts in the final rinse water.

4 – GET RID OF BAD SMELLS WITH WHITE VINEGAR

To get rid of unpleasant smells like tobacco, cooking, or musty odors, use white vinegar.

Usage directions: just pour a cup of white vinegar into the fabric softener compartment. Another tip: avoid smoking close to clothes drying, as the tobacco smell can get into the fabric and be hard to remove.

5 - Baking soda

Baking soda is a white powder that dissolves in water and has no strong smell.

Adding 2 tablespoons of baking soda to your laundry can bring back the colors, get rid of any bad smells, and act as a fabric softener.
