Ingredients: 1 zucchini, grated 1 carrot, grated 2 potatoes, grated Spring onion, finely chopped 3.5 oz cheese, grated 3 beaten eggs 4 tablespoons semolina
Add salt according to your preference.
Add as much black pepper as you like.
