Ingredients: 1 pound of beef (ground or shredded)




1 pound of Yukon Gold potatoes, chopped into small pieces. 2 carrots, not too big, peeled and cut into small chunks.

1 small onion, diced

2 tablespoons of a type of sauce called Worcestershire.


2 cloves of garlic, minced

Half a small spoon of dried rosemary.

1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme


Put salt and pepper as much as you like.


Dough is a mix of flour, water, and other things to make bread, pastries, and baked goods.

3 cups of all-purpose flour


1 chunk of cold butter without salt

1 teaspoon of salt

2 egg yolks, divided ½ cup of cold water
