Make mini meatloaves using a muffin pan.


 

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, but only add a small amount of the tomato sauce or ketchup to the meat mixture. Save the remaining mixture for the tops of the meatloaf muffins.


Put the meat into the muffin tray (you should be able to make eight to ten meat cups with this amount of meat).
