Ingredients you will need

2 cups of green or brown lentils without skin.
1 little banana
3 tablespoons of flour for bread
One and a half cups of breadcrumbs.
1 onion, finely grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid.

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped Black pepper, cumin, paprika, thyme, salt to taste 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Oil for frying

Simple Guidelines

Get the lentils ready.
Soak lentils in plenty of water overnight. Remove excess liquid.
Boil in fresh water until tender. Chill, then let the liquid flow out.
