This mouth-watering dish is so good that even picky diners end up enjoying it.

One 8.5-ounce box Corn muffin mix has a fluffy texture.
1/4 teaspoon of salt
a quarter of a teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
What to do
The oven should be preheated to 350°F, or 175°C. Apply some cooking spray to a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.
Put the two varieties of corn and the cream cheese in a big bowl and stir to combine. Beat till combined.
Mix the corn mixture with the sour cream and melted butter.
After that, add the Jiffy Corn Muffin mix and stir until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
After greasing the baking dish, transfer the corn mixture to it. Grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it on top.
To get a golden brown top and bubbling edges, bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
To make sure it sets before serving, take it out of the oven and put it aside for at least five minutes.
Changes and Hints

You could spice it up with chopped green chiles or a small can of sliced jalapeños for a subtle heat, or add some more texture and flavor by tossing in some. To make the cheese top more crunchy, before baking, sprinkle a combination of crumbled crackers and melted butter on top. Instead of cheddar, you might use Pepper Jack or Gouda if you're in the mood for something a little more daring.
