This is my mama's famous Christmas bark for the holidays. It's unlike the usual stuff, and only 3 ingredients

Ingredients:

24 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup roughly chopped nuts (almonds or pecans recommended)
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:

Prepare Baking Pan:

Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips on high for 2-3 minutes until almost melted. Stir halfway through to ensure even melting.
Mix Ingredients:

Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts until well combined.
Spread and Chill:

Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is firm.
Break into Pieces:

Once set, break the bark into pieces.
Optional Customization:

For an added flavor dimension, sprinkle a bit of sea salt over the top before the white chocolate sets.
Serving Suggestions:

Serve this Cranberry White Chocolate Bark as a delightful end to a meal, or package it in cellophane bags as a charming holiday gift.
Pair it with hot cocoa or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and tart in each bite of this Cranberry White Chocolate Bark, a treat that's as enjoyable to make as it is to eat and share.
