These are sooo good! Cheated on my diet once by going to a fast food joint for these suckers, but with this recipe, I don't have to :)

1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp onion seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 tsp salt

Set the Stage: Preheat the oven to 450°F and grace a muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
Dry Mix: Blend almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic, and onion seasonings well in a mixing bowl.
Wet Mix: Whisk eggs in another bowl, and smoothly incorporate sour cream and melted butter.
Combine: Gradually introduce the wet mixture to the dry, stirring until a dense batter is achieved.
Cheesy Fold: Gently fold the grated cheese into the batter.
Pour and Place: Evenly allocate the batter into the muffin tin, filling each mold about two-thirds.
Bake: Allow to bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits manifest a golden brown hue and firmness. Allow them a moment to cool in the tin, and then shift them onto a wire rack until completely cool.
