Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb. Ground beef
2 Bell peppers, chopped
½ Onion, chopped
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Seasoned salt
8 Slices provolone cheese
4 Large Eggs
¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Procedure:

Brown the Beef: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Over medium-high heat, brown the beef in a large skillet.

Veggies Time: Once the meat is about halfway cooked, stir in the chopped onions and bell peppers. Continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and the veggies have softened.

Seasoning: Sprinkle in the seasoned salt and minced garlic. Sauté the mixture for another 30 seconds, ensuring the flavors meld. Drain off any excess grease.

Layering: Transfer the beef and veggie mix to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, ensuring an even layer. Place the slices of provolone cheese atop the beef mixture, covering it completely.

Creamy Pour: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs until well combined. Pour this creamy mixture over the beef and cheese in the baking dish.

Baking: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the top is set and has a slight golden hue.

Serve your Philly Cheese Steak Casserole with a side salad or some roasted vegetables for a complete meal. This dish guarantees a satisfying dinner, echoing the flavors of the beloved Philly cheesesteak in every bite!
