°A cup of unsalted unsalted butter
°Squeeze a single lemon
°Half a cup of sugar
°1 egg
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 cups flour, divided
°1 teaspoon of salt
°22 teaspoons baking powder
°2 cups of fresh blueberries
°Half a cup of milk
°1 tablespoon coarse sugar for decoration

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 13" skillet and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the butter, lemon zest and sugar together. Adding eggs & vanilla & whisk to combine.

In separate mixing bowl, whisking together 1 & 14 cups flour, salt, & baking powder. Stir the blueberries into the remaining 1/4 cup flour.

Add the flour mixture to the cream mixture a little at a time, alternating with the curd, until combined. Gently stir in the blueberries.

Spread the mixture into the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse sugar. Baking for 35 to 40 min Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
