Chicken melts in your mouth


This famous ingredient that is not usually found in a baked dish is mayonnaise. I admit that I had never thought of cooking it, but this recipe interested me so much that I wanted to try it and I did not regret it. It's simple and good, the chicken is tender. If the dish was too rich, I had planned a light version: the light chicken "melting in the mouth".

*Preparation : 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In the bowl of the Thermomix, put the parmesan and the clove of garlic and program 10 seconds, speed 8. Add the mayonnaise and pepper and mix 15 seconds, speed 4.

Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush them with the mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the surface forms a crust.
