Slow cooker poor man's stew recipe - "This always tasted like a million bucks"

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 large carrots, chopped

2 large potatoes, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup frozen green beans

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cans of diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining any surplus fat.

In your slow cooker, mix the cooked beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans, garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Combine all the ingredients and cook on a low setting for 7-8 hours or on a high setting for 3-4 hours.

Serve hot, ideally with a piece of crusty bread or over cooked rice. Bon appétit!
