2 Bell Peppers, finely chopped

3 tsp Minced Garlic

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

½ Cup White Cooking Wine

28 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes (Do not drain)

1 Tbsp Dried Basil

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Parmesan Cheese and Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish
