Pecan Pie Balls


1 cup graham crackers
 2 ½ cups finely chopped halved pecans
1 cup brown sugar
 1 teaspoon vanilla
6 to 8 tablespoons melted butter
Half a cup of pure maple syrup
24 oz chocolate almonds


The first step:
In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, brown sugar, maple syrup, and chopped walnuts.
Add just enough melted butter so the mixture comes together and can be rolled into a ball without falling apart
The second step:
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a tray lined with butter paper
When you roll the dough, put the tray in the fridge or freezer for an hour
Third step:
Thaw almond bark according to package directions
The fourth step:
Dip each pecan pie ball into the melted chocolate and place back in the parchment-lined tray.
Leave it until the chocolate hard
