MAPLE BACON CRACK



*Ingredients

°8 slices of bacon
°1 tube of croissants
°1/4 cup pure maple syrup
°3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
°1/3 cup chopped pecan pieces

*Methods : 


Cook bacon until tender; not crunchy. I baked mine in a 400 degree F oven for 18 minutes. Drain bacon and chop; put aside.
Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.
Roll out the croissant dough on parchment paper. Pinch the seams to make a single sheet. Prick the croissant dough all over with a fork.
Spread half the maple syrup on top of the dough using a pastry brush.
Spread 3/4 cup brown sugar evenly on top.
Garnish with chopped bacon and chopped pecan pieces.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Leave to cool then cut into pieces and serve.
