Vanilla-Buttermilk-Pound-Cake With Cream-Cheese-Glaze

*ingredients :

°12 tablespoons butter, plus 2 tablespoons (for frying)
°1 cup sugar
°1 cup of milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3 large eggs
°2 cups all-purpose flour, plus 1 tablespoon (for frying)
°1 and a half teaspoon baking powder
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°cream cheese glaze
°1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
°A cup and a half of powdered sugar
°Half a cup of evaporated milk
°1 & a half tsp vanilla

* Methods  :

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter and sugar together for 8 minutes in a mixer.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Sit aside.
In a glass measuring cup, pour the milk.
Add the vanilla and eggs with the curd.
Turn the mixer on low. Begin by slowly pouring the wet and dry ingredients (separately) into the butter and sugar.
Turn off the blender and scrape the sides.
Run the mixer again - on low heat, long enough to make sure all the ingredients are mixed together.
** Don't get over-confused.
Grease a loaf pan with about two tablespoons of butter.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to "spread" the butter on the loaf pan.
Get rid of excess flour.
Pour all the mixture into the pan and distribute evenly.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Test the cake with a toothpick before pulling it out. (A few crumbs are perfect!)
cream cheese glaze
Add 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla to ½ cup of evaporated milk. Sit aside.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer.
While mixing, slowly pour the milk and vanilla into the cream cheese mixture.

Enjoy !
