LOW-CARBON-BACON CHEESEBURGER



*Ingredients:

° 1/2 pound coarsely bacon
° 1 1/2 pounds beef
° 1 tsp seasoning salt
° 1 tsp garlic powder
° Salt & pepper to taste
° 1/2 onion, chop
° 2 garlic cloves
° 2 ounces cream cheese
 ° 2 tsp ketchup
 ° 6 slice ​​dill pickle chips )
° 2 eggs
° 1/2 C heavy cream
° 2C cheddar cheese

* Steps  :

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Cook bacon according to pack methods .
3. Time bacon is cooked, coarsely chop it & set apart.
4. Adding ground beef to a skillet on heat & season equally with season salt, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add chopped onions and chopped garlic
5. Starts to brown meat by cracking & crumbling it as it cooks.
6. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain it and return it to the pan over medium-high heat.
7. Adding cream cheese, ketchup & Worcestershire sauce to skillet with beef. Mix everything until well blended and heated through.
8. Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat and spread it evenly in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
9. Top meat evenly with chopped bacon and chopped pickles.
10. In  bowl, blend eggs, heavy cream & 1 C shredded cheese. Mix them together, then pour them evenly over the beef and bacon.
11. Spread the remaining cup of grated cheese evenly over the pan.
12. Put the casserole in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
13. Let cool 5 min before serve.
