Chocolate chip cookies





*ingredients:

° 1 cup salted butter * soft
° 1 C white sugar 
° 1 cup packed light brown sugar
° Half a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
° 2 large eggs
° 3 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° ½ teaspoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon sea salt***
° 2 cups of chocolate chips (or chocolate bars or chopped chocolate)

* instructions:

* Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking tray with butter paper and set aside.
In  bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt also baking powder. Sit apart.
* Cream butter also sugars together to blended.
* Beating in eggs & vanilla to fluffy.
* Mix the dry ingredients until combined.
* Add a 12 ounce package of chocolate chips and mix well.
Roll 2-3 TB (depending on the cookie size you prefer) of dough at a time into balls and place them at equal distances on the prepared cookie sheets. (Alternately, use a teaspoon of cookies to make your own.)
* Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they just start to turn brown.
* Let them sit on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to the cooling rack
