Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread

*Ingredients :

°2 boneless chicken breasts
°1 C. olive oil
°1 pizza dough (I used store bought one and let it rest for about 20 minutes)
°8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese (I used some skimmed)
°3 oz. grated cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup Franks Wing Sauce
°1/3 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese

* directions:

Cut the chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet and add the chicken when hot. Cook the chicken completely, then add 1/4 cup wing sauce. Stirring to coat chicken and simmer for a 1min or two. Remove the chicken from the heat and let cool.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.**
On a well-floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a long rectangle.
Add ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (depending on your preference!) and remaining 1/4 cup wing sauce. Spread over the dough. Add the chicken, then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. You can also add a little more wing sauce on top of the cheese if you want it to be a little spicier.
Rolling dough like pinwheel to you reach end. Be sure to tuck in the ends of the dough so the middle doesn't "ooze" when baking.
Spray a baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place the trash bread on the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Leave to rest for five minutes, cut and enjoy!
**Some people have said they found this cooked too quickly and the inside was raw. All ovens vary and cook differently. I would highly recommend that the rack you use be in the middle of the oven as opposed to the bottom rack or very high in the oven where it will brown faster. You can also lower the temperature to 400 degrees, but cooking may take a little longer!

Enjoy !
