* Ingredients :

°3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (375 g)
°1 chopped onion
°1 chopped red pepper
°1 chopped hot pepper
°1 cup taco sauce (260 g)
°20 taco-sized tortillas
°3 C cheddar cheese (300 g)
° 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (300 g)

* Preparation : 

Preheat  oven 375°F (190°C). Laying butter paper on baking tray.
In a large bowl, add chicken, onion, red pepper, jalapeno, and taco sauce and mix together. Sit aside.
Cut each tortilla in half.Equally adding for 2 tsp of cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese & chicken mixture to every tortilla half.Rolling tortillas to cones, starting with cut edge also being careful not to squeeze ingredients  out of tortillas.
Putting wide bowl or glass in center baking tray.
Making ring round jar with about 13 tortillas. Sprinkliing cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack cheese on top. Repeat with rest cones to making 2 more layers, finish with rest of cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack. Removing jar to middle of loop.
Baking to cheese has melt & edges of tortilla are crispy, about 15-20 min.
 Transfering blooming quesadillas to  serving plate. Put the dip of your choice inside the ring and decorate it with the decorations you want. Feet it right away.
