BACON RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE

** Ingredients:

+To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

°1 pound (454 g) bacon, cooked and chopped
°12 ounces (340 g) pasta of your choice, for example, the shells
°1 1/2 cups (350 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
°1/2 C cheddar cheese
°1 pound (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
°2 tsp (30 ml) olive oil
°1 onion chop
°1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) adobo seasoning
°1 teaspoon (5 g) pepper
°salt to taste
°1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) fresh parsley
°1/2 large bottle of store-bought ranch dressing
°1 1/2 jars store-bought Alfredo sauce

 * Directions:

Preheat oven 375°F (190°C)
Marinate chicken pieces in a large ziplock bag with olive oil, salt, pepper, adobo seasoning and parsley.
Shaking blending To chicken is well coated with spices.
In a large skillet over medium heat, place the marinated chicken and onion cubes.
Cook until the chicken cubes are no longer pink in the center and set aside.
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water, according to package directions, and drain.
Add ranch sauce to the cooked pasta and stir until well coated
Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish and pour the pasta covered with ranch sauce.
Adding cooked chicken, half cooked bacon, & Alfredo sauce to pasta.
Mix well and sprinkle the cheese and the rest on top of the dish.
Bake in the oven until cheese is completely melted, about 12-15 minutes.
