Drop everything and make slabs of Hawaiian cheesecake as fast as you can, but be careful, you'll have to make sure there are people around to share with or you'll eat the whole pan. Guys, I'm not even kidding. This is my new favorite pub and I'm absolutely in love with it. These will be on the Easter dessert table every year! I'm also thinking of making it for Christmas.

These Hawaiian cheesecake bars taste just like a tropical island getaway. 

* Ingredients:

° 16 oz crushed pineapple, drained
° 16 ounces of cream cheese
° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 cups shredded coconut
° 2 tablespoons melted butter
° 4 tablespoons of sugar
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 cup butter
° 4 tablespoons of milk
° 2 eggs

* Directions :

1 - Mix the flour with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of butter. Cast mixture to an ungreased 9×13 skillet. Baking in 350 oven about 14-19 minutes. a some  bit cold.

2- Mixing cream cheese with 4 tsps of sugar, milk & eggs. Adding vanilla also filtered pineapple. Spreading over baked dough.

3- Mixing coconut with 2 tsps of melted butter. Sprinkling on pineapple layer filling. 350 bake for 15-20 min !
