Amish White Bread

 


Soft and fluffy white Amish bread, perfect for everyday baking needs. Slice thin for sandwiches or thick slice for French bread. Trying white Amish bread & never buy from store again!

* Ingredients :

° 1 cup warm water, 110-120 degrees F
° granulated sugar cups
° 1 sachet, 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
° 3 cups flour
° pinch of salt
° 2 tablespoons vegetable 
° 2 tablespoons melted un-salted butter

* Instructions :

In a small bowl, stir together the water, sugar, and yeast. Let it for 11 minutes, To bubbles form.

In dish of a stand blender fitted wiith dough hook attachment, adding flour, salt, also oil. Pour into yeast mixture. Turnning mixer to also let it kneaad so that dough does notstick to sides of bowl, for 11 min .

Rolling it into a tight ball & transfering it to a greased bowl. Covering with plastic wrap also let hig in a dark, warm, air-free place for 60 to 90 minutes, until doubled in size.

Shrink and shape into a log to fit a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Covering with plastic wrapping & leave in a dark, cozy, air-free place for 50 to 60 minutes, until doubled in size.

Preheaat oven to 350°F about 20 minutes before completing the second lift.

Baking for 26 to 31 min, To gold brown.
Brush the crust with melted butter and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Remove loaf from pan and transfer to cooling rack to cool completely
