* Ingredients :

° 2 cups flour

° 1 teaspoon salt

° Half a teaspoon of paprika

° Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

° Half a teaspoon white pepper

° Half a teaspoon of onion powder

° 1/2 liter of peanut oil for frying

 

* Directions :

 

Step 1

Mix chicken pieces, black pepper, salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, white and cayenne pepper in a large bowl until covered.

 

Step 2

Add the curd to cover the chicken. Refrigerate for 6 hours.

 

Step 3

Blend flour /salt / paprika / cayenne / garlic powder / white pepper also onion powder in a shallow plate .

 

Step 4

We take out the chicken from the yogurt and put each piece in the spiced flour. Get rid of any excess and transfer it to a plate.

 

Fifth step

Heat peanut oil in a large Dutch oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C). We add all the chicken to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
